How will Sunday's eviction work?

Emma said one housemate will not make it out of hell...
Surely they can't have two unvoted evictions in a row? Or at all really
But Emma said she isn't back until Tuesday, so it's not even a live eviction, so I don't see how there can be a public vote... or maybe it'll just be challenges and one by one they win their way out until someone is left and kicked out the back door
