Wanted to say this last night but i was too tired to be bothered.

But the way he was awkwardly looking for the door and everyone else off meeting the new housemates and laughing.

Then when he finds the door the and looks back to say goodbye and no one is paying attention and so he just leaves.

Did't know whether to laugh or feel sorry for him.

I find it funny but in the housemates' defence none of them thought he was actually going to be evicted.

I suppose it depends on what sort of person you are, personally I thought it was wrong in so many ways.I would have felt sorry for anyone leaving that way, it was so unfair.

It was badly planned and played out,one if the worst things I have seen on any BB.
As I said on another thread nothing now surprises me from BB producers now.
However a lot of what they do takes away any enjoyment from watching at times.
That is really sad.

They always seem to get rid of good housemates in these kind of twists and end up shooting themselves in the foot.

Also i hate how Austin complained about how they didnt vote out the dullest and its a travesty that he is out

MATE, you voted stacy as the dullest! when you know she isnt!, you can't vote personally and then complain when other people vote personally.

Ironically it was Stacy's vote that tipped the eviction in his favour so she got Karma. Sadly the vote didnt hold explanations or it would have been different and probably JC would be out.

Such a good point!

He must have thought Stacy would go and bam he's out, poetic justice for how much of a dick he's been

I love how people have the ability to mind-read in here.

Did you ever think that despite their differences that he might just...ya know....genuinly believe she was the dullest?

I wasn't a fan of his but I thought it was sad to see him leave that way not one person looked at him when he waved at them before going through the door.

That was a horrible moment. I wouldn't even wish that on my least favorite housemate. Not even Jedward or Speidi. :joker:

Sam and Alex getting no crowd though for BB17 was ironic and iconic.

I thought last nights eviction of Austin was a disgrace. It was rushed, ill thought out and frankly so, so wrong on many levels. Everyone knows Austin was NOT the dullest Housemate. There are one or two others who deserve that title not least James C and Coleen. To add insult to injury Austin is the only HM I can recall who didn’t even get attention from the rest of the House when he departed and then he got no ‘Best Bits’! SHAMEFUL!

Big Brother must find a way of putting him back in, just as they did with that overindulged Nikki Graham!

Have watched Big Brother since the beginning but am now considering not bothering at all. Sorry Producers but you screwed up BIG TIME! :fist: :fist: :fist:

I agree with a majority of your post but it wouldn't be good for Austin's state of mind if he went back in. He needs to be left alone to relax and move on. Having said that, can you imagine Stacy and Spencers faces if he did?

The point that clearly went right over your head was that Austin moaned that people voted for him despite him obviously not being the dullest. I'm pretty sure he's not a mind reader either so I hope you criticized him for that too. I'll hazard a guess that you didn't, though.

it's a game show, I think people get a bit too caught up in the 'reality' of it...

these people get paid fortunes knowing BB will if they can make them look ridiculous if and when it chooses, you take the pay you submit to the play.

I thought it was hilarious, watching someones over-inflated ego take a bit of a pounding is always good value.

Yes, because previous contestants cease to exist and completely wiped from the history of BB and "TIBB" once they leave the house. and anyone who has Heidi Montag as their avatar needs dragging away by the men in white coats.

I don't think it's because nobody cared, It's because they were preoccupied with their new housemates who were excited to be there.

the way austin left was disgusting, both for him & for us, the fans. those of us who voted to save him (& them phonecalls arent cheap) were totally disregarded, cos save him we did only to have wasted our time & money so they could evict him anyway. BB are taking liberties when they disregard the fans actions. it was, as younhave mostly said, extremely sad to see him go in such a way, with the others ignoring his exit to greet the motley crew that entered. dont think I'll waste my money again. cant trust BB

I liked austin .. feisty hm.. however... you can only cry wolf so much before they grant your wish.. when you WANT to leave over and over it gets old .. so HM's were probably just thinking 'oh god here he goes again' and did not realise it was real... he got what he asked for.. tbh...
