I definitely don't think he's a germophobe but I did think he was asserting himself as a dominant force over her, she played along but she's too dumb to comprehend any type of filter, she'll do it again.

I think he was making it perfectly clear not to mess with him and not to attempt to bring him into her immature plans - he was having none of it and I don't blame him. Little madam needed putting in her place.
