 Were they serious??? I couldn't believe the extent of the Speidi 'grief'.

It had to be an act, surely. Anyone notice them peeling onions beforehand. :p

Well the fact that they both were crying was very odd lol, heidi probably went into the bathroom to stop herself from laughing

In my view, their tears were 100% false.
Seemed genuine to me. I was nearly crying myself when James went. :hmph:

ridiculous over reaction but then the house magnifies emotions

I do often think though... they're only in there for a couple of weeks, and there's the party at the end, if they genuinely feel they've made a friend then they can swap numbers at the end??
I only see my best friend, who I've known since I was literally a baby, maybe 4 times a year. We don't start crying when we have to go home :joker:.

It can never beat Gerry's "She was only 23 years old :bawling: :bawling: :bawling: :bawling:" about Charlie to be fair. It was like she had walked the plank :joker:.

Spencer said that they 'got each other' and that James was the 'funniest guy he'd ever met'. I guess he was enjoying having him around and the thought of another 17 days or whatever without him in that place was a bit too much...

I think it was genuine. They looked gutted when James J left.

He did seem to totally get Spencer / "Speidi" and if I had to guess... I doubt Spencer has very many genuine friends, especially other males, so with that in mind I guess there's the possibility that he was genuinely upset. Heidi on the other hand, if she was really upset, might have less to do with James leaving and more to do with just seeing Spencer crying? I can imagine in a similar situation, my wife would be really sad if she saw me crying like that about the possible end of a new friendship, I very rarely physically cry for any reason so if I do she tends to tear up too :joker:.

Then on the other hand Spencer called them all idiots in there and that was when JJ was in  That was false imo, if Jedward had done that they would have all been telling them to grow up:shrug:

Of course it could all be a game plan. Notice Speidi haven't been horrible to any of the housemates, except Austin who got in Heidi's face. Gameplan is to be nice not to get nominated? But at the same time they still keep an eye to those they see as a threat to winning

I really hope so, that would be much more interesting

I think you are right. Spencer was obviously very cut up about it in the garden later as well and Heidi looked over at him and proposed a toast to James as 'best all star'. I thought that she was trying to lift Spencer. Very sensitive of her.

They won't start fights with those they as a threat. That's not their style. For them is more like keep your friends close , but your enemies closer
The first half of last nights show, Spencer was great, and I was beginning think he could be my favourite (even though Heidi is a weirdo), but then he let himself down with the tears. The pair of them blubbing was very strange.

In any event, last night's show proved to me they're all cracking up in there in their own little ways.
Stacy's rant was just bizarre.

I actually believe their emotions last night were real, they were really close to James and it was nice to see a more human side to them for once.

Agree and when you think of how many (loads) of reality shows Speidi have been on they should know that this is not for real so crocodile tears deffo springs to mind.

Agreed
1. They were actual tears (unlike many HMs who pretend to cry but no tears)
2. They didn't milk it - they just stayed silent and cried alone, still being cool with other HMs
3. Spencer & James J had a genuine friendship. You can see that from the way James J talks about Spencer also.
4. The house magnifies real emotions. The house distorts reality and a small thing seems massive. Losing someone in there is like a death. James was the only who 'gets' Spencer, so it was a major loss to him.
I have been bored of Speidi this season, but their emotional sides put them up in my estimation
Definitely real feelings, not overplayed for the camera. Just a straight honest reaction.

I agree. It doesn't really fit that Heidis reaction was fake or for the cameras because the only time she got emotional about it she went to the one place in the house without cameras
Remember Spencer cried at the end of his series when confessing his gameplan so it's not the first time he's shown a lot of emotion

:clap1: Spot on post.
Apparently James and Ola are going over to America to visit Spencer and Heidi too. :)
