What's worst isn't that he is nasty or starting rows all the time (those types of people are usually the most disliked among the public), but he is slimy and sneaky about it. He tries to mask his patheticness with a "nice guy" disguise but he's just a piss-ant who will **** himself if someone (presumably a grown up man) has a row with him
