Stacy is trying to segregate Jessica imo, she sees her as a threat so being the lowest ranking female (between herself, Nicola, Banca and Coleen) she feels the need to attack the weaker members to show she's part of the in crowd.

I think this house is one of the most bizarre and sinister I've ever seen. There is almost a sense of some of them being institutionalised. Though Stacy's behaviour is by far the most bizarre. Definitely feeling a touch of the flies.
