They've somehow decided that when things aren't going well, ratings are dropping etc that the best solution is to shove in 20 housemates. This then means there's not enough time to get them all out, so they do backdoor evictions

It's their new trick to get a house with loads of housemates now that they shorten every series. Expect for another 50-day BB18.

Seems that way, one of the biggest issues I have with them also (barring the fact they're only done out of desperation) is that they're always so secretive and we never get to see them live

On C4 it would be a huge thing and there'd be a special live show with Davina, these days it's 'see it on tomorrow's highlights' and we're supposed to just accept that as okay

They probably do it to save on having to pay Emma and security to sort out a real eviction. Also it probably boosts ratings a tad.

I would rather they put less housemates in and have proper evictions personally.
