I think that's down to age as much as them being twins, though. They were just teenagers last time and, to be honest, MOST teenagers are pretty similar whether they're twins or not! Or at least, fall into one of a small number of "teenager personality" groups. People start to diversify and gain much more individuality in their 20's and you can really see it with Jedward... they're not very alike at all. Edward (on his own) I think would be quite introverted and serious... John is confident and mischievous.

Interestingly (sadly maybe even??) is that there's a huge difference in their potential as individual housemates too. If you split them and just had one in, Edward would quite likely be a pretty boring / even anxious housemate who would be really unhappy there on his own. John I think could easily be a great individual housemate. He kind of has been this time, to be honest. Edward has become... slightly... a side-kick...

If you taped tonights show you should rewind it and watch the hm faces in slow motion. Some classic close ups of them all sitting there.

All of the housemates look shocked, none more so than calum looking like a guppa fish.
