The Missing People’s Choir is made up of families searching for lost loved ones.
The choir includes Peter Lawrence, father of Claudia Lawrence, who disappeared in York in 2009.
Kate*has taken up the role as an ambassador for the choir but is not singing in the choir, however, she may become more involved if they progress to the televised stages.

Indeed. Quite why they took the intruder theory as fact for so long instead of viewing those involved as potential suspects is beyond me. we would have had a very different resolution I feel...if all angles had been looked at from the start instead of them chasing an imaginary intruder.

Seriously, that alone will be like the biggest sob story in the world. The show is supposed to celebrate TALENT and NOT, i repeat NOT depressing stories of peoples hardships and ordeals.
