It's hard to know how much they have drunk. IMO an alcoholic can probably hold their drink better than anyone else. Maybe she just can't handle her drink even after one or two...

The be fair her speech is always a bit slow and drawn out, on account of being exceptionally thick. I don't think she's intelligent enough to be a proper alcoholic. Most alcoholics are self-medicating a level of existentialist depression... Bianca hasn't achieved sentience so that's impossible.
