happened at 4.45pm in the
Gibbs Crescent and Osney Lane areas,
while South Central Ambulance Service
said four flats had collapsed.]

the Gas board)
so 'could be' using Butane Gas
Cylinders.
Should have used Electric Heaters
more safe.
