If it had not been "fake news" (term of the month) it would have been criminal damage. However, if someone had spoken to me like that, I'd have dragged them through the window and it would have been criminal damage with grevious bodily harm.

the problem with it is that some people will actually think they can actually do that and not have any repercussions, they should have shown the plods turning up and her having to pay for the damage, or worse the driver getting out and pulling her off her bike and giving her a battering :nono:
