Does anyone here know how I get into an old iPhone, it's a phone I had a couple of years back,I kept getting my password wrong so was locked out of it,I have since had another which is ok,but the screen has broken,I found my old one today in perfect condition,I have tried to get into it but just get 'iPhone is disabled and it says slide for emergency, which is not what I need anyone know how I can enable it ? I have tried a few things but nothing has worked .

Unless you can remember the password there isn't a lot that can be done.

I can't even get the password screen up Glenn,it's stuck on the 'iPhone disabled ' screen , so is it useless then?

If you have proof of some sort that you own it (proof will be available if you had it on contract) you can take it to an apple store.

If you got it second hand then there's not much you can do.

did you do this already?

, I have factory reset quite a few iphones via itunes

Connect your phone to your computer with the USB cable and launch iTunes.

. Click on 'Restore iPhone'.
