I know it was reported ages ago but it was never confirmed, until now.

Russel has confirmed that he will no longer be hosting 'Big Brother's Big Mouth'. In a offical statment he said...

""The three years have been a joy and I am grateful to both Channel 4 and Endemol for boldly taking the risk and employing an ex-junkie twerp to front such a show."

"Big Mouth has afforded me opportunities that are too exciting to turn down, so alas I can do it no more,"

"And whilst I recognise this isn't as significant as the resignation of Beckham or the Cuban Missile Crisis, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone."

The Sun said he has, but The Daily Star and The Mirror said that he was staying at BBLB.

It might be axed, and just have BBLB sometimes after the main show at either 10.00pm or 11.30pm.

It is a bit sad to see him go. I'll mss tuning in to see him after BB and ill miss miss little indents during the highlight shows.

I'd like to see Alan Carr or JLC take over but id imagine it would be Junior Simpson. But as long as it's not Vanessa Feltz or John Connell its fine by me.

I'm sad too to be honest, Russell was a funny presenter and a lot of his funny phrases won't be used/associated with BB any longer. BBBM was great with him, and he's been on it for as long as I've been most interested in BB!

Hopefully there's an idea replacement though, but I'm still gutted... and good luck to Russell.

Maybe 8 out of 10 Cats should be a show for not only quizes, but also a BB fanshow too on Fridays. Just like RI:SE, when they would get snap shots of the house in the morning.
