police need a new spray

I have been thinking,that a new spray needs to be developed for the police.
Pepper spray is ok but not that affective in some situations.
The the new spray would be far more powerful basically knock that person out.
It would be used only in very serious cases like being attacked by someone that is armed.
It would mean all police officer's especially those that are unarmed would have more protection, would also be cheaper than issuing all police with Tasers.
So what do you lot think?.
