Plans for Mothers Day

Hi All

What plans do you have for Mothers Day?

I want to go to my Mums grave to lay some flowers but I am unwell, hopefully feeling well enough to go out tomorrow though.

My son is coming to stay at ours tonight so he can spend the day with me, I hope he remembers to get me a card, gifts don't bother me but a card always brightens my day.

I don't have anything planned for it but I sent my mum a card and present and I'll speak to her on the phone. Normally I'd visit with my sister and we'd go out with the family (auntie's, grandma's etc) but we couldn't do this weekend so we went last week instead.

My own mother is sprinkled around the 'whalebone' at Whitby so I will give that a miss.
Hubby is making a meal( he does everyday mind).
No doubt son will twitter and mumble how he forgot and I will smile sweetly at him to make him feel that extra bit guilty:joker:

I gave my old Marge her gift and card on Thursday, because she's gone away to Birmingham for the weekend. She's gone to watch Olly Murs.

My music taste comes from my fathers' side, thankfully.

Go to the graveyard then pretty much the same as Annie, only it's not my nan but my dad.
