Help with my ruth langsford banner

I have been in an artistic mood today so I have been making a banner on a website i found called Befunky. I made one of the dazzling divine and delectable ruth langsford. The only problem is, the banner I made is way too big, could someone help me resize. I have tried to type resize my banner in bing but no luck. Would some clever talented graphics person on here resize my banner? Would be much appreciated thank you.
