No because horse racing is cruel and should be banned
No because horse racing is cruel and should be bannedHow kind of you to think of the horse, what a good person that makes you. You should be awarded some badge, to let everyone know just what a caring person you are.
Vicente for the win.

Thats not how betting on tibb works. People only let you know that they win big money after the result is announced.

I'm thinking about it but I'll be annoyed if I don't win any money back. Then if one of my potential horses wins I'll be even more annoyed. :worry:
The ones I'm thinking of:
Cause Of Causes
The Last Samuri
Highland Lodge
Shantou Flyer
Blaklion
smudgie
07-04-2017, 08:29 PM
Definitely Red.

Rogue Angel.
The last Samuri.
50p each way on all.
£10 for Bradley Lowery, brave little boy with a big heart and a bigger smile.
Glenn.

Same here,I hate this 'sport' but as long as humans are happy what does the welfare of the horse matter .:wavey:

Horses love running
Greg!
08-04-2017, 09:14 AM
Hmmm don't think they love breaking their necks or having to be put down because of a race though.

I don't support any racing over the sticks. To me, betting on the Grand National is like betting on a dogfight. It's archaic and in 100 years people will wonder how anyone ever watched it.
No one forced anyone to come into the thread :/
And no horse racing is nothing at all like dog fighting, horses are bred for running, they love to run, they have a great quality of life with the best owners, handlers, jockeys and trainers.
Dogs that are made fight live in horrible conditions.
No comparison at all.

The horse I chose yesterday is the favourite I never knew that when I chose it.
Definitely Red
Last Samurai

Most race horses are inbred to be fast which often results in serious health problems. They're made to run all their life so they don't know any different. Horse racing causes deaths- 6 horses died at Aintree last year alone. And often at the end of their career the horses are shot or slaughtered and sold abroad. Great life!

Bet most people crying don't moan about keeping animals locked in a house or a cage
Greg!
08-04-2017, 11:21 AM
um of course I don't like when dogs or other pets are kept in cages or indoors all day, which is why I give my dog regular walks :)

If they had health problems they wouldn't be in the race so stop clutching.
Why are you even clicking into a grand national thread if your so against it

Obviously the ones that actually take part in racing don't have any obvious health problems, but many many horses that are bred for racing do.
