The controversial WWE star has been offered a mega-money deal to take part in the next series.
Channel 5 bosses want him to shake things up and have offered him their biggest-ever payday.
The wrestler, 63, is no stranger to reality telly, having already starred in Hogan Knows Best.
The show featured his ex-wife Linda, singer-daughter Brooke and son Nick – but he blamed it for contributing to the break-up of his marriage.

Hulk shot to fame when he starred opposite Sylvester Stallone in Rocky III in 1983.
He also created the most iconic moment in wrestling history when he body-slammed Andre the Giant at WrestleMania III in 1987.
But he hit rock bottom when a leaked sex tape made in 2012 showed him in bed with Heather Clem, the now ex-wife of his former friend Bubba “The Love Sponge” Clem.
And Hogan lost his contract with WWE after a transcript of him using the N-word while in bed with Heather was released.
He was eventually awarded £108 million in damages for invasion of privacy.
A source said: “Hulk would be a big name for the series. He is known for being opinionated.
“They think he may go for it this year after previously turning them down because of the battering his reputation took.”
A CBB spokesman said: “We do not comment on rumoured housemates.”
