This is true. We need to start holding newspapers up to higher standards, or they're just gonna keep meddling with public opinion.

Newspapers are owned by the few, giving those few the power to sway public opinion is dangerous. Newspapers should leave it up to the reader to make up their own minds.

I agree Although there is an argument against which says to not have a free press is the start of a dictatorship and the downfall of democracy.Although when most media is controlled by so few organisations the idea of free press may be a far cry from what we have.
