hey well il give it a go but im not an expert...

but heres wat i do... say i wanted to use ur picture.. in ur display...

first i wud save the picture...

then i wud invert the colours this is jst an example theres laods of others u can do...

then i wud download a free trial gif u can buy it but.. yeh...

after i install it.. i wud open it.. wen its done..

click create a new animation...

afer clicking it u shud get this..

then after u add the pics. u want to use press next..

u can change the timing and seting as u want im only do this as an ecample.. obviously theres laods a thing u can do im jsust showin a simple one...

after ur done u can go to file save as.. and then save it..

and it shud look like this...

voila a moving pic.. i knw its a basic design bt i wwas jst giving a simple idea.. so u can add loads of other iamges to it wat u tink x x x
