Parm got all whiney about getting banned because I might have reported his post (dunno if I even did) and so he PM'd me to trick me into confessing and then he threatened to tell everyone that I was a snitch and I was like "whoa man don't tell everyone I'm a snitch" and then I got all petty and whiney and made a series of errors that resulted in this awful thread and ammi is going to be really disappointed in me.

If it's for the forum you just google the gif and post as an [img], if it's for your crotch you'd probably need some paint and glue and fairy lights and stuff but you could probably just buy one.
