Honestly Nintendo has impressed me so much with their efforts on the Switch. Only the fourth month of the system, and so many great games released/ on the horizon:

Pokemon Switch
Fire Emblem Switch

Skyrim Switch
FIFA and NBA
Sonic Forces and Sonic Mania

...Not to mention great indies support. They're still working on that 3rd party support but I am more hopeful!

I hope they do something a bit different in regards to the storyline this time, the whole starting off as a new trainer and having rivals and stuff seems so stale now.. They tried changing stuff with S/M but the no gyms thing was a bit of a flop

It’ll be a reboot to the series apparently, new battle style too rather than the turn based battles

I think the format of the games are okay its just the storylines have been really naff ever since Black and White

The storyline for SM/USUM was okay, but all the endless cutscenes were so annoying, they didn't add anything and just dragged on - after beating the E4, it was like twenty minutes of rubbish before one could save, what if someone was playing it while out, and the battery was low? It's not even like you could just go away and let it sperg on to itself, you have to keep mashing the A button...
