I've just got a 700W one - didn't check what it was before I got it. I just got the cheapest one.
A lot of foods only give times for 800 and 900, I have now found out. I just add a minute.

Ours just came with the kitchen when we got it re done because it's integrated. I barely ever even use the microwave though anyway, none of us use it much

The thing that annoys me is that the one i have now is the best looking and best quality we've owned but is also the weakest power at a disappointing 700w.
Although i think there's something to be said for heating things a little slower and not so hot.We had a ridiculous one at work,It was over a thousand watts not sure exactly how much but it would nuke the **** out of everything.
