Personally I reckon it'd be suited to BBC One if they ever decide to axe The Apprentice, given that Channel 4 already have approximately twenty variations on the whole 'reality show in which people are stuck on a desert island' thing going

Yeah, you'd think that they'd actually announce the show before making "coming soon" ads, hashtags etc... even if they are using the Australian Survivor logo to do so

I oppose censorship full stop out of principle (the US' regulations drive me crazy) and I can't imagine the BBC being as lax with the f word (let alone the c) as much as C4/5 :laugh:

There'd probably be a bigger audience on the BBC mind you

why are people so desperate for a bbus format you literally have bbcan and bbus to choose from. BBUK is fine this series is fab. Imagine chanelle's funny bits being cut out to make room in the edit for lotan and tom talking about their alliance.

Not anymore we don't, and as I've said before this argument never makes sense because if someone likes a particular format more than another, why would they not want it implemented in other countries? I enjoy BBUK, I'd enjoy it more if they adopted the US format

The US format would kill the UK version for good. Your typical British BB viewer is not going to be interested in the gameplay that the US version has to offer. They frown upon it enough during our own series.

The Australian version showed that both formats can work and be concurrent. However CH5 have never had a clue about what they are doing and that won't change, it's just all over the place so they can manipulate even more.

I've actually got many more laughs out of the US BB than I have out of anything from CH5. All they have is puerile sex talk and tedious numbskull stereotypes. The US version is better edited too.

They're creating a format which they basically described as 'Ex on the Beach/Love Island rolled into one', they've relaunched Blind Date and if this is true they're also getting Survivor - safe to say the plan is in motion to get rid of BB next year.
