By ONLINE REPORTER
April 16, 2007
FUNNYMAN Vic Reeves is back on the box and fronting the fifth series of award-winning show, Brainiac: Science Abuse.
Although we'll be waving goodbye to Top Gear legend Richard Hammond, former Big Brother contestant Jon Tickle and Charlotte Hudson will continue to co-host.

The brand new series will follow Vic as he meets a whole horde of eccentrics, including Russian scientist Uri Abusikov.
Meanwhile Tickle will tackle the high-wire to find out if the length of a balancing stick makes a difference and Charlotte will set about unsuspecting members of the public with her hidden camera.
The series will also feature the Brainiac boffin’s attempts to find love, surrending to a normal day's work whilst being electrocuted and, of course, no series of Brainiac would be complete without exploding caravans!
# The series is due to start in May.
