These first few episodes of BB7 are making me feel incredibly uncomfortable and upset about Shahbaz. Just watched him walking and literally its made me so depressed.

I just hate how they all ganged up on him :fist:

He was there to play a part, he played his part well.

No, but he was treated awfully. I remember when I was watching BB7 as it aired, I had no idea how badly he was treated. It was only when I re-watched I was quite bothered by how ostracised he was. He did bring a bit of it on himself, but he didn't deserve to be subject to pact mentality. Especially people like Richard and Sezer were just so unecessarily horrible to him.

Yeah sad he walked, would've hoped for him to face the public vote to be saved and see all their faces lmao.

If it aired today BB would have so many ofcom reports it'd be unbelievable

It was awful, some of the worst bullying this show's ever had.

Epic.

No, virtually every hardcore BB fan thought he was bullied and is one of the main reasons Sezer remains a Bottom 10 housemate

Only in the Diary Room, he walked away when the others did and didn't care when he was locked out

That's more the fact that there's really not much one person can do to stop something like that.

Also it was not only in the diary room. I'm in the middle of watching BB7 so the Shahbaz HL's remain fresh in my mind and I remember for a fact that there was one instance he sat beside a bawling crying Shahbaz & shooed Sezer away as he hurled abuse at Shahbaz

Yeah but I mean I'd be scared of being ostracised. They were not an inclusive bunch at all

I think it was George who stayed with Shabaz when the rest walked out.

Yet stole his clothes and locked the door

Didn't Shabaz hide all the food outside?

The guy had a screw loose and nobody bullied him, they just questioned and called out his twatness.

There's no denying Shabaz made it difficult to like him.

He was slimy, sleazy, annoying, overbearing and very argumentative. And he had no respect for personal boundaries or for people not wanting to be around him or talk to him or talk about certain things with him. He basically demonstrated very bad social behaviour, and the group didn't like him.

However, if you don't like someone, all you have to do is not like them. In a confined space like BB house this is more difficult. But not exactly rocket-science. You don't go out of your way to hide their clothes, lock them out, walk out of a room when they come in, make fun of them, belittle them etc.

Also, not sure how anyone can say he wasn't bullied when Sezer specifically said "I am going to bully him" (and later laughed when that line was repeated back to him in the diary room).

Shabaz was an asshole. But being an asshole doesn't mean he wasn't bullied.

I didn't like Shabaz and I don't remember actually caring much about him either. Maybe I wasn't paying too much attention to the whole situation around him because I didn't like him so I went ignoring him.

They did and it's not even debatable.
