Eastenders really got me when Lucy died and Ian's reaction.
Joe's death in Hollyoaks as well.
Doctors 10 and 11 regenerating.

Ricky Gervais has his moments: the Christmas specials of Extras and The Office both made me cry (Andy Millman's breakdown in the Big Brother house )
I do generally cry over series finales though... Frasier's and Breaking Bad's in particular.
The Simpsons - 'Lisa's Substitute' and 'One Fish, Two Fish, Blue Fish, Blowfish' made me cry, might have been a couple of others (oh the one where Homer dislodges the crayon up his nose and becomes intelligent, I basically cry over all of the ones where Homer and Lisa have a special bond)
but yes The Queen of Sheba wins. Proper ugly, raspy crying when I first saw it.
Oh and I got in from a night out once and put on The X Factor's results show and cried over Ruth Lorenzo going home.

Futurama - Jurassic Bark :(
I was going to say this. The ending is very hard to watch. I also thought the episode where Lela finds out her parents are freaks and not aliens was also sad.

The first time I ever cried at a TV show was when Twist and Pulse didn't win Britains Got Talent
When Poussey dies in OINTB

The Simpsons - 'Lisa's Substitute'
Oh my days, I legit still start weeping whenever it's repeated. When she runs after his train! :bawling:
The last ten minutes of the Buffy episode The Gift normally has me crying too.
I think the only soap moment that has ever got to me was when Bianca found Billie's body in EE and she had to ring Carol to tell her he had died.

I cried because Bear won CBB because I really felt he didn't deserve but looking back, he earned his win right from the beginning when Biggins was ejected.
