No pace at all in this Everton side, not a whole lot of quality either. They'll surely make it through the rest of this game but they'll be finishing lower down in the league than they did last season.

Absolutely ruthless going forward which got the job done. The Mane-Firmino-Salah combination really burst into life tonight after brief glimpses in the opening games. Some very sloppy defending in the first half after the 3 goals but we defended well as a team in the second half, but could have done better to prevent the goal still.
Think we're a creative player in that middle 3 (Phil) and a dominant CB (Virgil) away from achieving something great this season. Just hope we can get both those sorted by the end of the month.

Good win against poor opposition - you know the opposition aren't saying much when Arsenal are scoring goals from corners. I had forgotten how Good Jack Wilshire was. Totally showed what we miss in midfield and simply do not have in Xhaka. He looked tired after about 70 minutes but was still easy man of the match. They gifted us two goals, a dodgy penalty and we had a good goal disallowed yet still came under a bit of pressure at the end. Typical Arsenal.
Calderyon
28-09-2017, 09:22 PM
PSG is looking quite formidable at the moment. Could see them in the final with Real Madrid at the moment.
Also all of the English teams except Liverpool are looking like legitimate threats for the time being.
Jack Wilshire starting to get his mojo back again, long may it continue, It'll be an asset to have a good Wilshire in contention for a World cup spot.
As for Everton, I'm really worried for us, I don't think Koeman will last long, he's made big mistakes in the transfer market, we're really lacking any pace in the team and we look bang average. We're seriously in trouble of getting relegated if things ain't sorted out.

23-11-2017, 10:36 AM
Phenomenal win for Basel, it´s nice to see them do great. Man Utd wasted so many chances it´s unbelievable.
PSG just continuing their crushing progress, just incredible. 24-1 goals difference in just 5 games is unbelievable on a group that has Bayern München in it. It´s safe to say that PSG will reach at least the semifinal stage, a win is also very probable.

On tuesday, Tottenham just doing great at the moment and will be very hard to beat at the quarters by anyone.
Liverpool giving up a 3 goal lead and still leading the group.

Screwed by referees in both legs but whatever.
No offence to anyone on what I'm about to say here, but mainland European Referees are gonna favour Liverpool over Man City because in terms of both teams history Liverpool have been the much bigger side with winning over 30 first division trophies and is it 4 European Cups? Where as Man City are a small club really by the Champions League standards and therefore will have no pull with the Referees on decisions.
Well done to Liverpool though they've been great to watch this season, and I really like Klopp as a Manager.

I'm more excited for the play-off final too.
In this Champions League game though I do like Real Madrid more out of the two teams, but the two good things about Liverpool winning are that it's good for British Football to have a British team win the biggest tournament in Club Football, and more importantly for me would be that we have a different Champions League winner as Real Madrid have won the last 3 or 4 Champions Leagues haven't they?
We are all Madrid tonight
