I saw that, but it said it's 40 quid for a tour I don't want a tour tbh can I just like 'visit' it without all the tour stuff?

I'd imaging it would be ok to see it for free, and that 40 quid could just be a tour. I'm not sure.

Just going away for a few days, it's what I enjoy doing, this time it was a choice between Newcastle, Carlisle or Liverpool, my partner chose Carlisle :shrug:

i live an hour away from carlisle, would recommend exploring the lake district, ambleside is a beautiful town, and possibly venture into dumfries and galloway, lots of lovely stuff to do down this neck of the woods, perhaps a bit of a drive though?

Thanks I'll keep those areas in mind, we don't mind long drives really.

And you didn't think to say "Locke is from Liverpool so that is obviously better than Carlisle"? You deserve to be stuck paying 40 quid for a tour of a bloody wall :fist:

Thanks I'll keep those areas in mind, we don't mind long drives really.

if you really don't mind a drive (it would be like 90 mins?), kirkcudbrightshire is great, pretty towns, nice beaches and lots of outdoorsy stuff

That's really good, have lovely time, me and my better half going to London on Saturday to see lion king the musical.
