Big Brother is NOT starting in June

Everyone's who's worried that the Daily Mirror's report that BB is starting in June, don't worry because it says on the channel 4 sales website that BB is starting in May. That's the most official thing we've got so far and it is MUCH more reliable than the Daily blooming Mirror!

It does not say it starts in May. It is however listed as one of Mays' highlights. Programme schedules are subject to change Especially if they are running behind on construction of the house.

All the good programmes come back in the autumn, as it is the start of the busiest time for TV viewers.

The summer is usually the time when repeats get shown and a lot of decent programmes have a break till the autumn starts.

I know that summer is June, July & August

I know that autumn is September, October & November

I know that winter is December, January & February

I know that spring is March, April & May

But most of all, I know that if Big Brother 8 did get put back till August, there would be a lot of unhappy people.

"Channel 4 is reportedly reviewing the SMS voting process in Big Brother, following the recent problems surrounding phone-ins and voting on other TV shows.

The broadcaster is believed to be discussing the issue with mobile network operators ahead of the show's eighth series, which begins later this month. There are also further rumours that it may axe premium-rate voting from the show, but no decision has yet been made on either.

The gesture could be a way for Channel 4 to win back viewer trust following the claims of mistakes with phone-in competitions featured on its Richard & Judy show.

In March, 11,500 text-message votes were not counted on ITV1's Dancing on Ice final because of a technical problem."

Yeah the lack of information is somewhat annoying, although the pictures of the house in yesterdays heat didn't look as though the house was all that ready but I'm not sure when the pictures were taken.

Because they usually release the eye and some publicity shots for the house at the same time don't they?
