No. It hurts my cheeks and gives me a weird ache under my jaw.

Plus blowing them up so big that they burst would make me scared it would shoot down my throat or something :umm2:

I kinda like the lightheaded feeling after you've blown a few, I really hate when you have to twist the end around your finger though. Yikes!
