Yo dude, yes CBB can have late entries, like for instance we had four late entrees during the last CBB season.

Sometimes, although it's much rarer on CBB as the majority of series haven't had any late entrants. It's become more of a recent thing since the producers have sort of become hellbent on trying to cram as many people in the house as possible.
