I adore art but is this not a little on the nose, especially with knife crime so prevalent?

It's an amazing piece of artwork but I can't imagine any council would be willing to put it on display. They'd probably have to spend a fair bit of money making sure it was safe for the public and the insurance would probably be sky high.

I'd expect they'd put some sort of barrier around the bottom it to stop people walking into it etc.
