Okay I've figured it out. Trisha was in love with Chad.

It explains why she suddenly hated Sarahs guts and also the fact that she's now saying only the older housemates were real.

I think you're right. Trisha was obviously jealous of Chad giving Sarah a lot of attention. and why wouldn't he? She's a pretty girl...much prettier than the likes of Trailer trash Trish and fish faced Jemma.
