He seems nice and sweet but I am suspicious of him because the first few days he was overly confident and very narcissistic and that side of him has seemed to disappear but i don't know if the real him is like that or if that was all an act. Also, the way he seemed to have a crush on every girl before he had feelings for Sarah seems suspicious too. I want to believe he is the nice guy ive been watching these past few days but i find it hard to believe that he is when he is the same guy that bragged every girl was hot enough for him in the house and that he gets sent videos/pictures of woman scrubbing their butts. Perhaps he felt sorry for the way she was being targeted...and perhaps he liked the way she stood up for herself despite being very tearful and vulnerable.
It can be very attractive to a man...and she's quite attractive.

I didn't like his cocky personae at first...but we have to remember what he is known for and the role he played. He got put down by both Brandi and Amelia in the first 2 days...that must have been a massive knock to his ego on NTV. But he took it well and has been quite mature about it IMO.
If he was that much of an egotistical knob...he would have gone down the Trisha route.
I like him and I think he is quite genuine.

It's already been confirmed that his Bachelor character was something created for him to raise the Bachelor's ratings and they asked him to be the "villain" and did it for exposure and cash as he was down in the dumps after his Mum's death.

What we see in the house is IMO real. This guy has never seen the show before, he doesn't know how to play it at all. He's not clued up about the show, hence why I think he;s being the most real in there.

Sure, maybe going from Amelia to Sarah quickly wasn't a good thing, but he's to me coming across as the best one in there. He has been loyal to Sarah (BEFORE her first cheers heard during the 1st eviction), he has helped Sarah from complete and utter humiliation in the hands of the others.

I truly think if he has not been there, Sarah would have walked out and been in a very bad place.

But what is ironic is that he helped Sarah massively, but she is (possibly unintentionally) ruining him by saying stuff like "you don't defend me". I am glad he walked out of the room and mingled with the others. Ironically after helping her out, she will be the downfall of his.

I see someone honest and refreshing, someone who doesn't bitch and someone with an extremely dry sense of humour. I confused it with sheer arrogance and dumbness at first, but I was wrong.

BOTS saying that HE is at fault for the Sarah thing are just wearing their Sarah Harding is a legend rose tinted glasses. If anything, he's way more into her than she is.

Lets not pretend this is something that will continue, but it'd do for now for Sarah. I think she owes him a lot of respect for basically sticking with her after everyone was against her.

Wow, new info that I didn't know. It's so easy to put Chad into the dumb narcissistic American box, but this makes me re-think my attitude towards him. Perhaps his calm low key approach and his bond with Sarah are just what they appear to be - genuine.
We'll not know until they are both sat opposite Emma, but for now I'll look forward to seeing Chad and Sarah sat together on the sofa alone on finals night.
