I want to have bought a flat for my son so he doesn't have to pay extortionate landlord fees for crappy accommodation for his last 2 years in uni, and he has his own place

I've been trying to do one charity bag a week , i've got enough clothes to open a small shop - rooms full , hard to part but gotta be done, then i'll need a large skip and several bare chested very masculine helpers. :joker:

1. Master the Ukulele and maybe have another Musical Instrument that I'm learning.
2. Get a job.
3. Get some Video Games consoles such as the Switch, 2DS, and Wii U as I'd use that to play Wii U and my old Wii Games.
4. Learn another language fluently.
5. Get some fun games for the family such as Trivial Pursuit, Monopoly etc. I've already got Chess and another game (but I can't remember what it was called again now) so I'm not gonna hazard a guess on what it's called.
6. Maybe have a pet Cat, Dog, or Hamster. Although my parents will be hard to win over on all of these options.
By next year I'll have not achieved any of this.
