This house kind of reminds me of a pantomime. There is Sarah the poor hard done by Princess sitting in the cinders with a bottle of wine. Chad the Noble but slightly dim Prince Charming who can't get to second base. Amelia the kind fairy, Sam the village idiot. Sandi is a fairy godmother who has had a hard life so is more street than pink tutu. Paul is Baron hardup and Shaun is Buttons, Derek is the bad magician from the interval, Brandi and Helen because no other part for her except as maybe the unassuming servant, are the ugly sisters and Jemma is the evil witch/wicked stepmother.

What kind of pantomime or play do you see them as?

It kind if reminds me of a soap, full of unsavoury but entertaining characters.
