Scotty was really not that boring and had 4 storylines, Stephanie was the biggest part of her series aside from Gemma and Tiffany, Jim and Dappy were both two strong characters (even if both are garbage), and Alex was a big part of CBB7, as horrible as it was

But about the question; the answer would be possibly. It'd be hard to top something as boring as Bear vs Ricky but maybe this one just might.
