ffs...i mean how can you, as a TV exec., have this kind of flash vote that causes the most animated, doesn't-give-a-**** HM to get evicted? Why not just relocate the whole shabang to the Denville Hall for retired thespians??
is it time to try out the North American model and just stop the public votes? I mean, how do we know anyway? The edits are so weak. Example, Helen looks like something from a horror film, barely alive, possible exhumed recently. But, if you listen to Amelia, Helen is very entertaining....i can't vote on this ****.

We are nearly 3 weeks in and there has been one set of nominations. Trying to save Sarah is the producers main aim

If housemates done the evicting, we'd have lost Sarah and Jemma by now which IMO would've been worse than Paul and Brandi going last night sooooooo

No because the US format SUCKS and who cares about 1 "bad" eviction result that wasn't even that bad?

I think Brandi just had 2 good eps and would’ve calmed down sooner or later
Although I think Paul was a very big loss, atleast theres only a week left and a couple of good HM’s are left

Not really, had Paul and Brandi guessed Sam during the task, then Sarah would have been up for the vote. She has been up twice already and topped the vote... so the producers don't need to "save her".
I was disappointed with the result last night, had the vote been open longer I suspect at least one of the evictees would have stayed.
it was a great result, couldn't have been better

...just because vote is not as preferred does not make it bad
..i believe producers mix things up to maintain interest
..i guess? they thought announcing nominees live would ensure viewers

Nope I haven’t tbf :hehe:
No more public votes would mean everyone would be even MORE boring. They would all act nice to each other so they don't get evicted. Everyone would be afraid to speak their mind in case they get a vote.

Sarah wouldn't go in a VTS though, doesn't matter who she's up against. And the detectives could have easily picked correctly tbh. I don't think they're deliberately trying to save her, I think they're just "trying" to make the series more interesting with twists but are failing

Public voting is the last good thing about the show. Your faves leaving doesn't make it any worse of a concept, as the housemates with the most paying fans will always survive.

Voting out the interesting HMs is nothing new, it happens every season and then it's often a case of picking the best of the worst as a winner. Hence so many crappy winners over the years.
Paul and Brandi were 2 of my favorite HMs and I'd have picked Paul as the winner because he was great VFM.

If it were housemates deciding who leaves, Helen, Derek, Shaun, Amelia would all make the final while the likes of Sarah, Jemma, Paul and Brandi would be out early.

No it should always be down to the public and i do like team games when the winning team are immune,(there should be more of this) not so keen on killer noms, just like normal noms. The one thing i would like to change, is that the last eviction all hm's should face the vote, can't stand it when coaster's i.e Amelia and Shaun have not faced the vote.
