Don't think we already have one of these, just wanted a place for people to share tasty vegetarian food they've had or whatever (whether it be takeaway, restaurant, home-cooked, packaged food etc), or just for people to share their ideas of recipes or things they make themselves to give others ideas :pipe:
(Obviously you don't have to necessarily be vegetarian to post in here either)

I had spaghetti with mushroom sauce just an hour ago and it was amazing

Broccoli, spinach, carrots, cauliflower, potatoes, parsnips - all lightly roasted. I then add a spoonful of mint sauce into some steaming hot gravy and drizzle it over the lot.

I don't like gravy, but the mint sauce idea sounds really nice. I don't eat as many vegetables as I should so this would be a good way to enjoy them more probably

i was a veggie for 2 years and i really enjoyed it, i eat meat now and then but prefer fish and veg tbh and i would happily eat just veg if the TL said it so (she is a veggie)

I can't believe I still haven't tried quinoa :shame:
