It's difficult to be sure, but her frequent sly looks, and pauses to consider her words carefully before speaking sometimes has suggested this to me several times throughout the series. She's still a nicer person than Jemma of course so I think she deserves to have got as far as she has, but I've had enough of her now. She's never been much more than eye candy.
