Not all subscribers r gonna be active 24/7, take for example pewdiepie, who has 50 mil subs but gets 5 mil average views. Subscription on YouTube doesn't require you to be active

I think that's actually a pretty good sub-viewer ratio. Some channels have like 7 million subs and only get 1 million views.
