She was my #1 fave for a week :omgno: it became difficult to stan her once she was so hard on Jam despite their continuous apologies (even though I dislike both Jordan and Sam) but she just made herself worse and worse :( she could've been a great HM

I do agree it started to gain momentum like a classic bb it takes time then unfortunatley the entertaining characters were voted out 1 by 1. I think it could sustain another 2 weeks if bb pulled a twist and got the entertaining housemates back in. It's been way to short.....bad casting.

This series is the definition of average. No really big stand-out moments but it wasn't awful like CBB8 or CBB18 either. It's not really a series I would ever re-watch though.

I've actually really enjoyed this series but that's probably something to do with Sarah being in it, haven't felt this strongly about my fave in an RTV show since Steph.

It's pretty telling when a series is carried by a showmance/Jemma (I'd say Brandi but she wasn't shown consistently enough :( ). CBB19 had so many storylines and interactions going on at once ugh I didn't appreciate it enough

I do think this series had a lot of potential as it was steadily improving after the first few days. However, the eviction order hasn't been great and some of the catalysts for drama (Brandi, Paul, Marissa if she'd had a chance) left too soon. It could probably have benefited from two or three new housemates if it was a little longer.

Still, I've enjoyed this series for a summer CBB. It probably helped that I didn't watch BB18 and had pretty low expectations after last year's nightmare. :laugh:

The big problem with this series has been no classic housemates and iconic moments.

CBBs have an episode that's iconic such as adulterer, David is Dead, Farrah vs Janice etc

We haven't had that this series at all, and no one would make my top 20 housemates

its been **** and the producers clearly coached and allowed jemma and brandi to write all over the house and start the most mindless banal petty arguments with sarah and paul.....we saw nothing of the other housemates. so as usual we went for the lowest common denominator instead of actual real chemistry, real fun, real relationships, real banter, real anecdotes, real romances , real anything...the producers are manipulative boring fckwits yet again and thats why weve gone ever more downhill from the likes of fascinating characters like michael madsen, dirk benedict, george galloway, the jacksons, shilpa, jack dee and gary busey to a bunch of complete and utter nonentities like JAM and Jemma ffs

Everyone compares it unfavourably to CBB19 but remember that Kim didn't even go in until day 11 of CBB19 because they were getting desperate. By having such a short series this year they've denied themselves the chance of shaking things up like that and haven't been able to put in anyone new. Even with the housemates they've got they've struggled to evict them all in time for the final.

I've still enjoyed it but its been noticeably worse since Danan left.
