Every two weeks, but because of the warmer weather I hardly use the duvet and just wash the bottom sheet and throw.

The amount of dead skin that piles up, the thought of leaving it a month!!!!

Brave! :hehe:

TBH I think a lot of people say weekly because that's apparently the norm and no-one wants to be called a 'dirty devil'. A lot depends on the weather and 'activities'.

Sheets every 7/10 days depending on how busy hubby is.
Quilt cover every 4/6 weeks as I always use top sheets.

A lot depends on the weather and 'activities'.Well I also do plenty of activities so I'm just a grubby bugger I guess :joker:. Which is odd as I also shower obsessively for like an hour a day .

Maybe that's why the sheets don't get dirty?

To be fair I also do change the bottom sheet fairly regularly. Just don't bother doing duvet cover or pillow cases .

last night when I went to bed I found that Smallest boy LT had crept in my bed and his hot water bottle had leaked all over my side so I had to sleep on 2 bath towels

That doesn't seem that cold frost is needed for a hottie

It's not really that 'gross', it's like when people obsessively wash their clothes after every time they wear something, it's not dirty after one week unless you're dirty yourself

Every week. I moisturise twice a day with shea butter and another body oil and I use various hair products in my hair so I guess it can leave some kind of residue over time (not that it ever has but yeah) towards the end of the week I can sometimes faintly smell my hair products on my pillowcase
