2018 for BB..

So basically C5 have said either Endemol needs to drastically improve the show or it’ll be axed :( and imo Endemol clearly don’t want it axed, as seen in CBB20 (listening to fans etc)

So what do we think 2018’s gonna be like? I KNOW people would usually say ‘just more of the same’ but since C5 have made it clear what the deal is, do my fellow gals think BB is gonna get a step up this year? Xx

I'm conflicted on whether they should boost ratings with an All Stars series or a proper back to basics series. I think back to basics (with proper promo of it) would work best though

We'll get one decent series that will somewhat restore people's faith and make them think that they've fixed up and then they'll take fifty step backwards with the other two series, like they usually do, and then we'll be like "okay no, this show is still trash."

Hmm I suppose so, from CBB13 to BB15
Then CBB15 to BB16
Then BB17 to CBB18
But 2017’s series have all been solid imo so hopefully it carries on

100% yes. Meanwhile we get more and more weird iterations of "psychology reality show" like the new one currently being trailered with a solitary confinement theme. That'll be a bundle of laughs.

I feel like they kinda tried to market a back to basic series with BB18 but then people just realised it wasn't back to basics
And the somewhat All Stars CBB in January didn't have good ratings :shrug:
There may be nothing they can do - except a proper All Stars and announce that C4 favourites will also be there - and they might have to reveal a few before launch to get people interested
