I know we hear a lot of this sort of thing, what we should/shouldn't eat/drink - but here is an interesting one. Thing is I don't drink coffee - can't even bear the smell of it! :bawling:

I usually have decaf. Can't drink too much coffee because of my kidneys.

More caffeine in coffee than most energy drinks, obviously excluding Diabetes Juice like Monster and Rockstar.

If you're cutting back on caffeine, Coca-Cola is the clear choice. The soft drink contains 5 milligrams of caffeine per ounce, while the diet version contains just 3.75 milligrams per 12 ounces. This compares to anywhere from 12 to 30 milligrams of caffeine per ounce of coffee

Oh I wasn't just talking about one case or anything, just saying how a lot of these life hack things can have the adverse effect

I can't overdo coffee, my family is prone to migraines and it seems to exasperate with caffeine.

Though I adore the stuff so much!!!!

What about... Say... 6 or 7 double espressos? :joker: will I live forever .

Though that's only when working, when I'm off I only have two or three cups (one first thing, one with lunch, sometimes a third late afternoon).

Also is it four cups of instant or of real coffee? Because real made from coffee grounds has nearly double the caffeine that instant has.
