Boiled or omelette. I like them all except poached (and fried eggs are just so full of calories I never eat them)

I don't understand why anyone has boiled eggs when Poached always has that nice runny yolk :)

Scrambled for sure or in an omelette. Poached or boiled are gross to me.
(not the biggest fan of eggs though)

It depends on the dish. Cant really have a boiled egg with eggs Benedict now can you?
Of all those methods poached egg on toast would probably be my fave

I don't see why you would have an unfresh egg in the first place :laugh:Eggs go off quicker than most people think so I regularly have eggs that I wont poach  but scrambled or in an omlette is just a good. :hee:
The centre has to be creamy not runny. A runny centre is not acceptable. :joker:

Scrambled.
But I like them all, except for poached, which I've never had. Don't like when the yolk is runny.
