Hello and welcome to the Official Avatar Competition 13!!!! Its back and the theme is Halloween, not only is Halloween coming soon, but its the 13th edition of the avatar competition so there's no better way to spend it than having a spooky theme. If you are the lucky winner you will win a forum award

The THEME of this Avatar Competition is Halloween

This theme includes anything that is Halloween/Horror related.

RULES
1. Each member can submit up to 4 avatars each.
2. Each avatar submitted must be created and designed by the member who submit's it.
-Therefore, you cannot submit an avatar someone has made for you, or an existing avatar you find off the internet. You have to edit it in some way.
3. Please stick to the theme of Halloween.
4. Avatar's can be still, video or animated. It's up to you.
5. Avatars up to 175x160 can be submitted.
6. Avatars you have entered in previous competitions can be re-entred, considering they fit the theme in some way and haven't already won.

You have longer than a month to get those entries in, and it gives you enough time to play around with different ideas, I think this will be a great theme and members will come up with great entries. You can change your entries as many times as you like up until the closing date. Just make sure you let me know which are your final entries if you do so. If you have any questions please ask.

You can make them on any editing programme, such as photoshop, painshop pro, GIMP, or even paint :laugh:

Or you can just search online for an online editor and you can play around with some effects and stuff :)

Ooh that sounds good, you should just do it anyway and post it in here at some point :laugh: I can't call it, I've got a couple of favourites but there's so many that I think are great, it's gonna be really hard choosing between them.
