He shouldn't be main villain for too much longer tbf... if they're following the comics vaguely then Team Rick will win soon and other villains will be introduced. However...

In the comics they don't kill Negan, they keep him locked up for ages in a cell and he eventually escapes, then comes back, but now appears to be on some sort of redemption arc where Rick is allowing him to live at an outpost (monitored) and Negan is trying to convince them that he's changed and wants to fight alongside Rick :umm2:...

well my opinion on season 8 i think the kingdom will be attacked, because now the element of surprise is gone for rick's side, the junkyard we all know are with Negan's squad, i think some of those junkyard villains might die in season 8, possibly Morgan who might sacrifice himself to save Carol/Ezekiel/Shiva, from Negan's camp i can see Simon dying, but not Dwight, Eugene or Negan, cause you need them for season 9

Negan is funny at times and Rick got annoying when he went all pussyfied and didn't wanna fight back but i gotta be team Rick still.
